【Abstract】 The macrobenthos of 20 stations in Bohai Sea was separately investigated in September 1998 and April 1999. The mean value of secondary production of macrobenthos in the studied area is 6.49 g(AFDW)/(m 2·a). Among this area, the eastern part of Bohai Straits has higher production which is 12.59 g(AFDW)/(m 2·a), and the central part of Bohai Sea has lower value which is 4.46 g(AFDW) /(m 2·a).
