双组份溶液体系对甲基丙烯酸甲酯与羊毛纤维接枝共聚反应的影响
EFFECT OF THE VARIATION OF THE SOLVENT COMPOSITION ON THE GRAFTING COPOLYMERIZATION OF METHYL METHYLACRYTALE ON WOOL
【摘要】 以过硫酸铵 亚硫酸氢钠 (NH4 S2 O8 NaHSO3)氧化还原引发体系为引发剂 ,以各种双组份溶液体系为反应介质 ,研究了羊毛纤维与甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (NMA)的接枝共聚反应 ,在一定反应温度、反应时间、单体浓度、引发剂浓度的条件下将不同配比的各种双组份溶液体系中得到的接枝产物的接枝率、反应总转化率、接枝反应效率进行了比较 ,并依反应机理对反应结果进行了讨论
【Abstract】 Graft copolymerization of MMA onto wool fibers is investigated in the medium of a limited aqueous system employing (NH 4)2S 2O 8 NaHSO 3(APS SBS)as the redox initiator.The percentage of grafting and the percentage of total conversion,and percentage of grafting efficiency are studied by varying solvent composition of the reactive medium.Finally,the results are discussed by considering reaction mechanism.
