Information Analyses Models to Competitive Strategy Selection
【摘要】 竞争战略选择涵盖的输入、组合、决策等三个阶段 ,都需要以一定的竞争情报研究为依据 ,并各有其不同的信息分析方法。
【Abstract】 There are three stages in competitive strategy selection:input,matching,decision.It is necessary that three stages are based on competitive intelligence research,but the analyses ways of one stage is different from the one of the other stages.
