【Abstract】 Taking quality wine grape Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonny, Pinot Noir etc as propagating material, an experiment on the key technology of tissue culture such as sterilizing time, hormone content in the culture medium and inoculating with leaf or not was conducted and to have selected the optimum culture medium. The result of the experiment shows to combine nutrient selection with tip culture and heat treatment can make 100% grape virusfree.更多还原
