【摘要】 探讨了PME系列磷酸化羊毛脂加脂剂在制备应用中的影响因素 ,主要有羊毛脂的选择、参与磷酸化的植物油及其改性产物、磷酸化的应用条件。对于制备出的磷酸化羊毛脂作了红外光谱鉴定 ,证明了磷酸酯(盐 )基团的存在 ;组分分析显示 ,PME磷酸化羊毛脂中单酯 (MAP)含量在70 %以上 ;皮革应用实验表明 ,PME系列磷酸化羊毛脂能提高皮革的丰满性、增加皮革的疏水性更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,The factors such as the choice of lanolin,vegetable oil added into phosphate reaction and reaction conditions were discussed when manufacturing PME series phosphated lanolin fatliquor.The product was also analyzed by IR spectrum instrument and the result proved the presence of phosphoric acid ester group.The analysis of component showed that the content of MAP in this kind of product was above 70%.When applied in leather fatliquoring,the products could improve the leather′s plumpness and hydrophobic property.更多还原
