【摘要】 目的　评价泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的疗效和安全性。方法　将 6 0例带状疱疹患者随机分为治疗组泛昔洛韦 2 5 0mg一日三次和对照组阿昔洛韦 2 0 0mg一日五次。治疗后第 1,3,5 ,7,8天观察记录。结果　治疗组与对照组在水疱干涸时间和疱疹缓解开始时间比较有显著性差异 (p <0 0 1) ,在水疱停止出现时间和完全结痂时间比较无显著性差异 (p >0 0 5 )。两组病例不良反应相似且轻微。结论　泛昔洛韦是治疗带状疱疹的安全有效药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of famciclovir against herpes zoster.Methods Sixty patients with herpes zoster were vandomly assigned to receive either 250mg of famciclovir thrice daily or 200mg of aciclovir five times per day.Lesions were assessed on days 1,3,5,7 and 8.Results There were statistically significant differences between two groups in terms of time to drying of blisters and time to relief of the associated pain (p<0 01),and there were no statistically significant differences in terms of time to ceasing new lesion formation and time to complete escharing(p>0 05).Adverse effects were similar and mild in two groups.Conclusion It is indicated that famciclovir is well-tolerated and effecitive for the treatment of herpes zoster.更多还原
