【摘要】 选用除虫脲为有效成分制备泡腾片剂。对加药方式、颗粒载药量等技术指标进行了研究。对除虫脲泡腾片剂的物理性状 ,如 pH、湿筛试验、持久起泡性、崩解时间、悬浮率及贮存稳定性进行了测定。结果表明 ,研制成的除虫脲泡腾片剂达到了“起泡片剂FAO准则编写指南”的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Effective factors on preparation of diflubenzuron effervescent tablet has been studied. The added order of a.i. and contains of diflubenzuron effervescent tablet were determined.The content of a.i., physical parameters such as pH, trial of wetting screen, foam stability, disintegration time, ratio of suspension and stability of storage(54℃,14days) of diflubenzuron effervescent tablet were measured.更多还原
