【摘要】 我国是世界上水能资源最多的国家 ,其中 68%集中在西南部地区 ,沿海经济发达地区的发电用煤 90 %左右来自西北部。开发大西北是中央作出的重大战略决策 ,实现这个决策的主要内容 ,是发挥资源优势。实现西电东送 ,既解决了东部沿海地区的能源供应和改善了环境 ,又可拉动西部地区交通、化工、机械行业的发展。以水电为主的西电东送工程 ,还可以优化东部地区能源结构 ,增强调控能力提高供电质量和经济效益更多还原

【Abstract】 China is the most abundant with water resource in the world.68% of water resource mainly locates in Southwest China,90% of the coal needed for power generation in the developed coastal area are imported from Northwest China.Realizing the electric power transmitted form West China to East China can not only solve the energy supply probelm and improve the environment in the east coastal area,but also promote development of commu nication,chemical and machine building industries in West China.更多还原
