循环流化床烟气脱硫多层喷水的试验研究

【摘要】 东南大学热能工程研究所建立了我国目前最大的循环流化床烟气脱硫试验装置 ,脱硫塔直径 6 0 0mm ,处理烟气量达 2 0 0 0Nm3/h。文章在此试验台上进行了循环流化床烟气脱硫多层喷水的试验研究。试验表明多层喷水条件下 ,趋近饱和温度△T有较大降低 ,脱硫效率明显提高 ,提高了Ca的利用率 ,降低运行费用。

【Abstract】 A simulated pilot-scale facility of circulating fluidized (CFB) for flue gas desulphurization (FGD),a biggest test facility on CFB-FGD in China at present,was set up by Thermoenergy Engineering Research Institute,Southeast University.The diameter of the desulphurization tower is 600mm and the nomial flow rate of the flue gas is 2000Nm3/h.Spraying water by multilevel nozzzles on the facility of CFB-FGD was researched by the article.The study indicates that the multilevel nozzles for spraying water can decrease the approach saturation temperature T,remarkably increase the desulphuruization efficiency,improve the utility efficiency of Ca,and decrease the operation cost.
