应用花粉管通道法进行小麦抗白粉病转基因的研究初报

【摘要】 为了提高优良小麦品种北农6号的白粉病抗性,采用花粉管通道法将抗白粉病小麦品种复壮30的DNA导入北农6号,获得76株后代。通过白粉病抗性鉴定和分子鉴定,证明其中9株为转基因植株,在这9株的477株D2代中有8株抗白粉病,并且表型与北农6号相同。

【Abstract】 The study of pollen tube pathway has been conducting for transferring genes in China since the late 1970s.Many successes had been obtained in cotton, rice, wheat, soybean and other crops. To improve powdery mildew resistance of a high yield wheat variety-Bei Nong No.6,the genomic DNA of Fu Zhuang 30,which has a Pm gene and confers a broad spectrum resistance to powdery mildew in China,was transferred to Bei Nong No.6 by pollen tube pathway. As a primary success we got nine transgenic plants among 77 D1 progenies based on powdery mildew resistance test and molecular identification.Of 477 D2 progenies from 9 transgenic plants,8 individuals with Beinong #6 agronomic traits expressed high resistance or immunity to powdery mildew.
