复杂机械系统可靠性试验的小样本开发

【摘要】 针对复杂机械系统可靠性试验获取样本困难 ,提出了减少可靠性试验样本数的新方法。新方法基于概率论、模糊数学理论 ,利用已知其概率分布的寿命样本为基准 ,开发寿命概率分布未知的小子样系统。新方法充分利用了系统的辅助信息 ,改变以消耗大量资源为代价的概率可靠性试验方法为小子样可靠性试验方法。同时介绍了 2个工程应用实例。

【Abstract】 Owing to the gigantic economical value in exploiting a few samples system of the reliability tests used for the complicated mechanical systems a new method was set up. This method combined the advantages of the probability and the fuzzy mathematics, and exploited the unknown system of a few samples with help of the life samples of the known probabilistic distribution,which reduced the test samples by some auxiliary information. It also converted the reliability tests into a few samples and green tests for resources. Two engineering examples are introduced in the article.
