【Abstract】 Internal leakage flowrate is a necessary item in the course of final product test of a three position reversal spool valve. Because the alignability of three position reversal valve directly affects its internal leakage flowrate a concept of alignment error was defined in this essay. Then, the relationship between this alignment error and internal leakage flowrate was obtained and compared with the theoretical calculation. Finally, the demands for differentiating alignment error according to fit clearance as well as the proposals for improvements in the production of hydraulic elements were given.更多还原
