【Abstract】 Major characteristics of the Chinese energy system were analyzed. In light of the national sustainable development strategy as well as the market oriented economy it is suggested to integrate energy conservation and environment protection policies, offer policy incentives or price, tax, finance and energy conservation technological sevices, in order to gradually build up a new energy conservation mechanism which is adaptive to the socialist market oriented economy in China.更多还原
