利用沼气技术综合治理酒精厂废液
Application research on the anaerobic digestion for comprehensive treatment of dried potato residue liquid of alcohol factory
【摘要】 论述了年产万吨酒精厂用红薯干为主要生产原料 ,采用生物厌氧、兼氧消化 ,好氧、物化处理等技术 ,综合治理酒精糟液的先进工艺 ,实现了日处理高浓度有机污水 40 0~ 5 0 0t,COD、BOD、SS降解净化率均在 99%以上 ,出水达到GB8978- 1996规定的第二类污染物二级排放标准。全年生产沼气 2 5 5万~ 2 70万m3,可获直接经济效益 2 6 0余万元人民币
【Abstract】 This article explains that the factory, with dried sweet potato as the main production material and annual production output of ten thousand ton alcohol, adopts the advanced technologies such as biological anaerobic, facultative oxygen digestion, aerobic, physical and chemical treatment etc. to comprehensively control the distiller’s residue liquid, on the basis of research, successful practical experiences as well as full and accurate data and process flow. The engineering system of the process can realize daily disposal capacity of high concentration organic sewage of 400~500 tons with COD, BOD and SS degradation purification rates above 99% and the drainage reaching the second grade drainage standard for the second class pollutants stipulated in the GB8978-1996. The biogas produced per year is 2.55~2.7 million cubic meters, which can obtain direct economic benefit of more than 2.6 million yuan RMB.
