【摘要】 目的　研究枸杞明目胶囊的安全性。方法　小鼠急毒性试验及大鼠长期毒性试验。结果　小鼠急性毒性LD50 大于 90 .0ml/ (kg·bw)。大鼠 30天喂养试验 ,未见动物出现行为、体重、血象、肝、肾功能等的毒性变化 ,组织切片也未见各组之间、两种性别之间脏器结构有明显差异。结论　枸杞明目胶囊长期服用安全无毒更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To study the toxic effects of Gouqi Mingmu Pill.Methods The acute toxicity in mice and chronic toxicity in guinea pig.Results The LD 50 in mice in >90.0ml/(kg·bw) which is 900 times as much as it is in human being.The animal had no abnormal after feeding the pill for 30 days.Conclusions Gouqi Mingmu Pill is safety medicine更多还原
