【摘要】 目的　探讨膀胱非移行细胞肿瘤发病、临床病理特征和诊疗方法。方法　总结 15例病人资料结合文献复习讨论。结果　临床表现以血尿、膀胱刺激症状、排尿困难为主 ,出现临床症状时 80 %患者属T3 期以下。结论　膀胱非移行细胞恶性肿瘤临床诊断时多属中晚期 ,治疗以膀胱部分切除或膀胱全切尿流改道术为主辅以化疗、放疗 ,其疗效及愈后与肿瘤分期有关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical manifestations and histopathological characteristics of nontransitional cell carcinoma of the bladder.Method Reviewed the patients’ data and combined with the literature to discuss.Results The main clinical manifestations were irritable bladder,haematuria and difficulty in micturition.80% of the tumor were invasive when diagnosed.Conclusion The partial cystectomy and radical total cystectomy were the proper treatment and the prognosis was apparently related to the tumor stage.更多还原
