【摘要】 目的　为了总结老年人急性重症胆管炎 (ACST)外科治疗的经验 ,提高治疗水平。方法　对 1977年7月 - 2 0 0 0年 7月 15 6例老年ACST的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果　痊愈 12 7例 ,死亡 2 9例 (2 2 .83% )。结论　积极有效的抗休克治疗、恰当的手术时机和手术适应证的选择、完善的围手术期处理是提高老年ACST治疗效果的关键更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To summarize the experience with surgical treatment of acute cholangitis of severe type (ACST) in the aged in order to raise the successful rate.Methods Retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 156 cases with ACST in the aged from July 1977 to July 2000. Results 127 cases were cured, 29 cases died. Mortality was 22.83%.Conclusions Key measure to improve the therapeutic effects of ACST in the aged is active and effective treatment of shock, proper selection of opportunity and indication of operation, perfect peri-operative treatment.更多还原
