【摘要】 目的　观察氟桂嗪治疗偏头痛患者脑血流的变化及疗效。方法　采用经颅多普勒超声 (TCD)技术 ,检测 6 0例偏头痛患者颅内动脉血流速度 ,并应用氟桂嗪治疗前后作自身对照。结果　偏头痛患者治疗前颅内动脉的平均血流速度 (Vm)明显快于健康对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;治疗后平均血流速度明显减慢 ,与治疗前比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ,与健康对照组比较差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。临床治疗总有效率为 88.33%。结论　氟桂嗪能改善偏头痛患者颅内动脉的机能状态 ,疗效确切更多还原

【Abstract】 Objecteves To observe the changes of cerebral flow and therapeutic effect of flunarezine in treating patients with migraine.Methods 60 cases with megraine were detected by transcranial doppler(TCD)for the flow velocity of the intracranial artery,and made comparisons between before and after treatment with flunarizine.Results The mean velocity(Vm)of the intracranial artery in migraine were significantly faster before treatment than healthy controls(P<0.01).The mean velocity of the cerebal artery in migraine slowed down after treatment,there were marked difference between before and after treatment with Flunarizine(P<0.01,P<0.05).However the Vm of cerebral artery were insignificant between after treatment and healthy controls(P>0.05).The clinical total effective rate was 88.33%.Conclusions Flunarizine can improve vascular functional conditions of the intracranial artery in migraine and may achieve an obvious effect.更多还原
