【摘要】 目的　采用多种手术方式的综合治疗严重膝骨关节病。方法　对 6 8例 (80膝 )严重膝骨关节病采用膝关节腔清理术、硬化骨切除钻孔减压术、胫骨高位截骨术、胫骨结节前移术等多种术式组合的方法进行了治疗 ,其中 5 5例 (6 2膝 )经 5年 1个月的随诊 ,对其疗效进行了评价。结果　优 :40膝 ,占 6 4.5 % ;良 :16膝 ,占 2 5 .9% ;可 :6膝 ,占 9.6 % ,无差级 ,优良率达 90 .4%。结论　多种术式的联合应用治疗严重膝骨关节病具有缓解疼痛 ,提高步行能力及恢复关节活动的明显效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives Adopting many kinds of operations to treat the serious knee joint illnesses.Methods There were 68 examples.(80 knees)treated by cleaning up the knee joint cevities,cutting off the hardened bones,drilling holes in bones to reduce the pressure inside cutting off higher part of tibia,moving the shine bone joint forth,and so on.There were 55 examples(62 knees),received average five years and a month treatment afterward.Results Excellent 44 knees(64.5%);better,16 knees(25%);good,6 knees(9.6%);The good rate is 90.4% without degree.Conclusions The joint operation treatments can be used to treat serious knee joint ilnesses by the means of reducing the pain,improving the walking ability.and recovering the knee joints activities.The curative effects are very well.更多还原
