【摘要】 目的　对血清胰岛素 (Ins)检测进行方法学考核 ,并测定 2型糖尿病、高血压病、高血脂的Ins水平。方法　用放免法检测 6 8例健康人作为对照组 ,116例为病例组 (其中 2型糖尿病 2 1例 ,高血压病 34例 ,高胆固醇血症 32例 ,高甘油三酯 2 9例 )的空腹血清Ins进行比较分析。结果　对照组Ins为 10 .5 6± 3 .0 7mIU/L( x±s) ,批内变异系数 (CV) 3.8%～ 8.9% ,批间变异系数 (CV) 6 .8%～ 9.6 % ,反应误差关系 (RER) 0 .0 35 ,平均回收率 95 .7% ,非特异性结合率 (NSB) 3.82 %。对照组与病例各组比较有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　通过实验将进一步论证高胰岛素血症、胰岛素抵抗在多种代谢相关疾病发病中起着重要的作用 ,同时已成为相关疾病的共同病理生理基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To appraise the method for testing the serum insulin and to determine the insulin level in the serum with type 2 diabetes、Hypertension and Hyperlipidemia.Methods The RIA method was used to determine the serum insulin level in 68 healthy people and another 116 cases of patients(These 116 cases were divided into 21 type 2 diabetes、34 hypertension 32 hypercholes terolemia、29 hypertriglyceridemia.All were determined the serum insulin level and the results were compared and analysised.Results The serum insulin level in the normal people 68 cases was 10.56±3.07mIU/L(±s),the value of CV 3.8～8.9% within a batch of sampler the date 6.8～9.6% between bateies of sampler and the value of RER was 0.035,the average recovery rate was 95.7% and the NSB 3.82%. with every siginificant difference was seen between patients group and control group(P<0.01).Conclusions It proved that hyperinsulin resistance hyperinsulin related to many relative diseased.so it be a very important factor in those it became the base on physiopathology in relative disease.更多还原
