【摘要】 本实验研究了人白细胞相关抗原 DR(HLA DR)、溶菌酶 (Lysozyme)和α1 抗胰糜蛋白酶 (α1 ACT)在睾丸间质巨噬细胞上的表达 ,以期阐明睾丸间质巨噬细胞的功能状态与生精功能及不育症的关系。结论 :在不育症者 ,除生精功能减退外 ,尚有睾丸间质巨噬细胞表型与功能的改变 ,吞噬能力强的巨噬细胞减少 ,而分泌细胞因子能力强的巨噬细胞增加更多还原

【Abstract】 Immunohistochemical technique was used to examine the expression of HLA?DR,Lysozyme and α 1 antichymotrypsinase in interstitial macrophages of testis,in order to reveal changes in immune function of macrophages,as well as the relation between such changes and spermatogenesis of male infertility.In male infertility,along with dysfunction of spermatogenesis,macrophages in interstitial tissue of testis changed their phenotypes and functions,that is to say,the immunoreaction of those macrophages powerful in secretion of cytokines was positive for HLA?DR while negative for Lysozyme and α 1?ACT,meanwhile whose number rose.The phagocytic capability of those macrophages with Lysozyme and α 1?ACT positive while HLA?DR negative was strong,but the number decreased.更多还原
