【Abstract】 The article analyzes the reasons of unsustainable development in agriculture with new systematic economics. It points out that sustainable development in agriculture needs systematic innovation, including agricultural property right innovation、agricultural system supply innovation、agricultural economics organization innovation and finance & taxation system innovation.
