早产儿败血症肿瘤坏死因子-α检测及临床意义
MEASURE AND CLINICAL MEANING OF TUMOUR NECROSIS FACTOR(TNF) α IN THE PREMATURE INFANTS WITH SEPTICEMIA
【摘要】 目的 :研究早产儿败血症与肿瘤坏死因子 -α(TNF-α)的关系。方法 :测定 31例早产儿败血症、2 8例早产儿及 2 7例正常新生儿血清中 TNF- α水平。结果 :早产儿败血症组 TNF- α明显高于早产儿组 (P<0 .0 1) ,并且明显高于正常新生儿组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,早产儿组 TNF-α明显高于正常新生儿组 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :新生儿尤其是早生儿细胞免疫功能尚未发育完善 ,易发生败血症 ,且早产儿败血症组 TNF- α明显升高 ,TNF- α参与了早产儿败血症病理生理过程 ,故可检测血清中 TNF-α作为早产儿败血症早期诊断指标之一 ,并建议对早产儿败血症进行抗生素治疗的同时给予适量 TNF- α抗体 ,以阻断其过量产生所致的有害作用 ,增强早产儿自身抗感染的能力
【Abstract】 Objective:To studay the relation of premature infant with septicemia and tumour necrosis factor-α(TNF-α).Methods:Blood serum TNF-α level was measured in 32 premature infants with septicemia and 28 premature infants and 27 neonates. Results: The blood serum TNF-α level in premature infant with septicemia was much higer than that in premature infants and the neonates. the blood serum TNF-α level in premature infant was much higer than that in the control neonates. Conclusion: Cell immunological function of neonate and premature infants do not grow perfectly ; Neonate and premature infant are easy to be attacked by septicemia. Blood serum TNF-α level is significant topathgeresis of neonatal septicemia.So TNF-α level may be regarded as a marker for early diagnosis. We may inject proper antibody of TNF-α to block the overdose of TNF-α and to enhance the ability of resisting infection when we use antibiotics to treat the premature infant with septicemia.
