三基色测温法在柴油机燃烧温度场测量中的应用研究

【摘要】 应用三基色测温方法处理了由高速摄像机在一台光学发动机上记录下的数字式燃烧图像的温度场 ,并就该测量系统的标定和测量方式进行了讨论。研究结果表明 ,采用三基色测温法分析出的缸内燃烧温度场分布与实际情况相当一致。由于该方法具有能准确、直观、迅速地得出火焰温度场分布规律等优点 ,所以适用于分析像内燃机这类高速变化的燃烧过程 ,从而为认识内燃机的燃烧机理提供了一个有效的工具

【Abstract】 Among the several methods to measure the distribution of flame temperature in cylinder,2 color and multiple color are the most useful ones because they take advantages of optical way which does not interfere the burning process in cylinder.But all those methods mentioned above requrie a set of complex equipment while measurement so as to limit their using extent.Three primary color,i.e.red,green and blue color method based on Planks law is a new method recently developed to measure the temperature distribution of flame.In this paper,the method is applied to calculate the temperature field in cylinder in an optical diesel engine from the digital images recorded with a high speed CCD camera.In the meantime,the calibration of actual temperatue and measurement are discussed here.The results showed that the temperature calculated from the images is in the same level as in real engine.As the method can quickly and precisely provide us with the flame temperature distribution in a diesel engine,it is able to manipulate rapid combustion process such as in an engine and offers us an effective tool to recognize the combustion mechanism in engines.
