内燃机缸内温度场测试系统的研究
An Investigation on Measurement System of Temperature Field in IC Engine
【摘要】 借助国内现有的技术条件 ,采用异型光纤传像束和 CCD传感器技术 ,研制出了具有良好性价比的内燃机缸内时空三维温度场数字化高速测试系统。其具体技术指标为时间分辨率大于 75 0 0帧 / s,空间分辨率 43× 37像元 ,视场角大于 75°,温度分辨率为 2 5 6个灰度级 ,连续帧存 2 5 6帧。根据理论分析和试验结果 ,分析了测试系统存在的局限和不足 ,并提出了改进的方法
【Abstract】 Due to the complicacy of combustion process,there are great difficulty and deficiency in its teoretical analysis and digital emulation,and yet experimental measurement and research are the main approaches to understand combustion process so far.By employing domestically adoptable technology,which are coherent fiber bundle and CCD sensing technology,a high speed digital measurement system of temporal and spatial 3 D temperature field in IC engine has been developed,the technological specifications of which are temporal resolution>7 500 fr./s,spatial resolution 43×37 pixels,visual angel >75°,temperature resolution 256 grey grads,and continuous frame memory 256 frames.
