涡流室式柴油机冷起动时的准维燃烧模拟计算
Quasi-Dimensional Combustion Simulation of Swirl Chamber Diesel Engine at Cold-Starting
【摘要】 从实测示功图的形状可知 ,涡流室式柴油机在冷起动过程中存在 3种典型的非稳态燃烧过程 :V型、W型和 Y型。在试验研究的基础上 ,首次建立了涡流室式柴油机冷起动时非稳态燃烧过程的准维模型 ,分别计算和分析了 3种不同燃烧过程主、副燃烧室中的放热特性及排放生成情况 ,以期为进一步改善涡流室式柴油机的冷起动性能打下基础
【Abstract】 According to the P-V figure,we know that there are three types of unsteady combustion procedure during cold-starting of swirl chamber diesel engine.Based on a series of experimental study,a quasi-dimensional model is developed to simulate the unsteady combustion process of swirl chamber diesel engine at cold-stariting.The heat release rate and emission formation both in main and swirl chamber of three combustion process is calculated in this paper.The results can be applied to improve the cold-starting of swirl chamber diesel engine.
