【摘要】 进行了活塞环 -气缸套的二维润滑分析。考虑到气缸套二维磨损的影响 ,联解了二维雷诺方程、膜厚方程和载荷平衡方程。计算结果表明 ,气缸套的磨损对活塞环 -气缸套的润滑状态有重大影响。同时计算结果也显示 ,通常采用的一维润滑分析有其局限性 ,对活塞 -气缸套进行二维润滑分析是十分必要的。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,two dimensions full numerical analysis is developed for the lubrication analysis of the piston ring based on the flow of lubricant to evaluate the effects of liner wear.The calculating results show that the lubrication performance of piston ring significantly depends on the deformation of cylinder liner and the one dimension analysis is inapplicable in this condition.更多还原
