【摘要】 目的 :探讨运用气管潜窥镜及与之配套的套钳行气管支气管异物取除术的临床运用价值。方法 :在全麻下对 5 1例气管支气管异物采用气管潜窥镜及与之配套的套钳行气管支气管异物取除术。结果 :5 1例均获成功 ,其中 5 0例手术一次成功 ,另一例行两次手术取出异物 ,无窒息、死亡及气管支气管壁损伤等严重并发症。结论 :该手术方法亮度高 ,视野广 ,明视下操作 ,缩短了手术时间 ,减少了并发症。提高了手术成功率更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical value of the rod lens coupled with gasping forceps sheaths in removing foreign bodies in the trachea and/opr bronchi.Method:Fifty one patients with foreign bodies in the trachea and/or bronchi were operated with rod lens coupled with gasping forceps sheaths.Result:Foreign bodies were swiftly removed from fifty cases out of fifty one.There was neither death nor serious complications.Conclusion:Rod lens coupled with gasping forceps sheaths is a new excellent instrument in removing foreign bodies in trachea or bronchi.更多还原
