干旱胁迫对不同生育时期冬小麦叶片蛋白质及核酸含量的影响

【摘要】 干旱胁迫下 ,小麦叶片内蛋白质、核酸下降 ,其中蛋白质含量的下降较为显著。随小麦的生长发育到孕穗、灌浆阶段 ,叶片内蛋白质、核酸含量下降 ,尤以核酸含量的下降较早 ,下降幅度也较大 .从整个生长发育来看 ,干旱加速叶片内蛋白质、核酸分解 ,促进冬小麦器官早衰

【Abstract】 The protein and nuclear acid content in winter wheat leaves was measured in different stages of growth of winter wheat under different water conditions.The results showed that water deficit resulted in reduction of protein and nuclear acid content in winter wheat leaves,and the reduction of protein content was particularly clear;the nuclear acid and protein content reduced as the wheat grew.The nuclear acid content reduced earlier in a greater dgree.Considering the whole process of growth and development of winter wheat water stress accelerated the decomposition of protein and nuclear acid in the leaves and aged the organs of plant earlier.
