毛白杨无性系树皮有机物质含量与抗性关系的研究

【摘要】 对抗虫、感虫毛白杨无性系树皮内含物进行了比较分析 .结果表明 ,毛白杨树皮内含有 17种氨基酸 蛋氨酸 ,异亮氨酸 ,酪氨酸 ,精氨酸含量 ,抗虫高于感虫无性系 ,丙氨酸 ,脯氨酸含量 ,抗虫无性系低于感虫无性系 ;总糖含量低者抗虫 ,反之感虫 ;还原糖 ,可溶性总糖 ,蛋白质 ,总酚等含量与抗性没有明显的相关性 ;单宁含量高 ,还原糖 /单宁值以及可溶性糖 /单宁值低时 ,抗虫 ,反之感虫

【Abstract】 The results of contrast analysis on the inclusion in the bark of populustomentosa show that the bark of populus tomentusa consists of 17 amino acid.Among them the contents of mothioninc,isolcucinc,tyroinc and argininc in the insect resisting cloncs are higher than those in the insect attacked clones,while the contents of alanine,proline in the insect resisting clones are lower than those in the insect attacked clones;The clones with higher content of total sugar are easily insect attacked,whereas,the clones with lower total sugar content are insect resisting;The contents of reductive sugar,soluble sugar,protein,and total phenolate have no significant relationship with resistance;Those clones with higher content of tannin,lower ratio of reductive sugar to tannin,and lower natio of soluble sugar to tannin are insect resisting;conversely,insect attacked.
