【摘要】 目的 :了解呼和浩特市居民主要死因及潜在寿命损失。方法 :应用死亡率及潜在寿命损失等评估指标对呼和浩特市回民区居民 1 999年死亡监测资料进行分析。结果 :无论使用死亡率还是潜在寿命损失 ,呼市居民死因顺位前三位均为循环系统疾病、肿瘤、损伤与中毒 ,这三类疾病占总死亡率构成的 86 % ,占总YPLL构成的89 2 2 %。结论 :慢性非传染性疾病及意外伤害已成为呼和浩特市居民的主要死因 ,其防治工作的开展应作为今后疾病控制工作的重要内容。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the main death causes and YPLL of residents in Huhhot.Methods:Use death rate and YPLL et al analysis methods to analyze the data of causes of death among residents in Huhhot 1999.Results:The results showed the main cause of death and life lose in local residents in turn was circulatory system disease,malignant neoplasms,accident.These three diseases shared 86% of death rate and 89.22% of YPLL.Conclusion:chronic non-communicable disease and accident had became the main death causes of the residents in Huhhot.Prevention of these disease should be the important contents of disease control in the future.更多还原
