【摘要】 目的 :了解内蒙古地区蒙古族HLA -DQA1基因多态性。方法 :采用PCR -SSP技术对内蒙古地区97例内蒙古族人群进行HLA -DQA1等位基因型别分析。结果 :蒙古族中高频率的HLA -DQA1等位基因为 0 30 1、 0 5 0 1、 0 10 2 ,最少见的为 0 6 0 1。结论 :蒙古族人群HLA -DQA1基因分布 ,既有汉族人的特点 ,又有其独特性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study HLA-DQA1 allelic polymorphism of Mongol minority in Inner Mongolia region.Methods:HLA-DQA1 was investigated in 97 Mongol minority using PCR-SSP.Results:HLA-DQA1*0301 was the most common allele and HLA-DQA1*0601 was the rarest in the Mongolian.Conclusion:Mongol minority not only has the common characters of Han nationality,but also has its unique characters.更多还原
