HLA-DQA1等位基因与儿童过敏性紫癜的相关研究
RELATION BETWEEN HLA--DQA1 ALLELE AND JUVENILEPATIENTS WITH ANAPHYLACTOID PURPURA
【摘要】 目的 :研究过敏性紫癜 (AP)的发病机理是否有免疫遗传因素的参与。方法 :采用聚合酶链反应 -序列特异性引物分型技术 (PCR -SSP)对 70例内蒙古地区的儿童AP病人进行了HLA -DQA1等位基因型别分析 ,并与 90例正常儿童进行比较。结果 :发现病人HLA -DQA1 0 30 1等位基因频率较正常对照组明显升高 ,二者的频率分别为 2 7.9%和 10 .0 % ,经统计学检验差异有显著性 (p <0 .0 1,RR =5 .5 6 ,EF =0 .45 ) ;AP病人HLA -DQA1 0 30 2等位基因频率较正常对照组明显降低 ,二者的频率分别为 6 .4%和 17.2 % ,经统计学检验差异有显著性 (p <0 .0 1,RR =0 .2 8,EF =0 .2 6 )。 结论 :HLA -DQA1 0 30 1等位基因可能是AP易感基因 ;HLA -DQA1 0 30 2等位基因则可能为保护基
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the possible involvement of hereditary factors in the pathogenesis of anaphylactoid purpura(AP). Methods:70 juvenile patients with AP and 90 normal children in Inner Mongolia region were tested for HLA-DQA1 allelic types analysis by PCR-SSP technique. Results:HLA-DQA1*0301 allele frequency was significantly higher in patients with AP than the control group,the frequencies were 27.9% and 10.0% respectively, and the difference had statistical significance( P <0.01,RR=0.26,EF=0.45);HLA-DQA1*0302 allele frequency was greatly lower in patients with AP than the control group,the frequencies were 6.4% and 17.2% respectively,and the difference had statistical significance( P <0.01,RR=0.28,EF=0.26). Conclusion:HLA-DQA1*0301 allele and HLA-DQA1*0302 allele maybe were the susceptible gene and the protective gene of AP respectively.
