【摘要】 目的 :了解呼和浩特市青少年特应性皮炎 (AD)的发病情况。方法 :对中小学 6～ 2 0岁年龄段的学生进行问卷调查。结果 :调查人口总数 72 16人 ,发现AD患者 33例 ,男性 2 4例 ,女性 9例 ,总标化患病率为 0 46 % ,男性标化患病率为 0 6 1% ,女性标化患病率为 0 2 4% ,两者间有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。城市标化患病率为0 81% ,农村为 0 32 % ,两者间存在显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :1998年 11、12月呼和浩特市 6～ 2 0岁年龄段中小学生AD的时点患病率经标化后 ,表现为男性高于女性 ,城市高于农村。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the disease incidence of juvenile atopic dermatitis (AD) in Hohhot. Methods:The students aged 6-20 years old were surveyed with questionnaire. Results:This survey was carried out in a total population of 7216, there were 33 AD patients (24 boys and 9 girls) discovered. The total standardized morbidity (SM) was 0.46%. The boy and girl SM was 0.61% and 0.24%, respectively, the difference being statistically significant(P<0 01). The difference of SM for urban (0.81%) and rural areas (0.32%) was highly significant(P<0 01). Conclusion:The standardized morbidit of AD demonstrated that it was higher in boys than that in girls,and it was higher in the urban than that in the rural, in Nov and Dec 1998. in students aged 6-20 years old.更多还原
