【Abstract】 The powder of Panzerina was dissolved in Ether and 70% EtOH respectively,and heated under back flow in water bath.The extracts of Ether and 70% EtOH were filtered while they were hot and insoluble substances were removed,then the extracts were concentrated under reduced pressure,extracted by repeatedly shaking with ethyl acetate,and evaporated to dryness.The residue was dissolved in MeOH and subjected to TLC.In order to find proper reagent of development the sample was studied on the polyamide thin film chromatography.The result has shown that the best reagent of development is MeOH water(4∶1).Then compounding different proportion of MeOH water eluants conduct elution on polyamide powder column chromatography to separate flavonoids constituents.From analysis of the elutriant we maintain that Panzerina contains at least four kinds of flavonoids effective constituents.更多还原
