【摘要】 采用普通发芽法对本所在昆明自然贮藏条件下贮存了 1a～ 17a的甘蓝型油菜 (B.napus L .)种子的发芽率、始萌发时间、萌发高峰期及幼苗素质等发芽特性的变化进行了研究。结果表明 :甘蓝型油菜种子的发芽率随贮存年限的增加而呈阶梯式的下降 ,而且随着贮存年限的增加 ,种子始萌发所需时间及萌发高峰期出现的时间也随之增加 ,峰高降低 ,幼苗素质下降。根据测定结果 ,在昆明自然贮藏条件下 ,甘蓝型油菜种子的贮藏寿命为 8a～ 9a,安全贮藏期为 1a～ 7a。相关分析表明 :贮藏 1a～ 7a的甘蓝型油菜种子的发芽率与贮存年限呈极显著负相关 ,相关系数 r=- 0 .95 2 7* *,回归方程 y=93.0 7- 0 .5 9x。更多还原

【Abstract】 The ordinary germination test was conducted on B.napus L.seeds which were preserved for 1～17 years under natural condition in Kunming.Germinating properties like germination percentage,initial germinating time,germinating peak period,and seedling vigor,were studied.The results showed:the germination percentage decreased in bench type as the length of storage period increased;the initial germinating time and germinating peak period appeared later and later as the length of storage became longer and longer;when the germingting peak decreased,the seedling vigor lessened.According to the tested results,the storage life of B.napus L.seeds ranges from 8～9 years,and its safe storage period is between 1～7 years under natural condition in Kunming.The correlative analysis revealed that the germination percentage of 1～7 years preserved B.napus L.seeds is negatively and significantly correlated with the length of storage period(r=-0.952 7  ,y=93.07-0.59x).更多还原
