【Abstract】 This research is based on using the competition concept of Michael E. Porter to evaluate the promotion strategies and related competition power of the small farm in Taiwan. Based on the SWOT (strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat) analysis, the research proposes different diversification strategies and approaches. It is concluded that the small farm in Taiwan is small in size but it can be "Elite, Economical and Efficient." It indicates that the agriculture in Taiwan can combine its cultural, leisure, and ecological resources for the support of Taiwan’s sustainable development. The diversification strategies discussed for the small farm in Taiwan are identified as a way to cope with the challenge of joining the World Trade Organization (WTO).更多还原
