【Abstract】 That A Law Basis Course is set up for college students in co lleges is r eally a thousand-year matter of fundamental importance. At present,five couple c ontradictions still exist during the course of teaching and studying. How to sol ve the contradiction by scientific method, how to let college students understan d the significance that they take up the sword of law to administer the country, how to get them to have much deeper feeling with the masses, how to make them h ave more solider ideas to serve for the people, and how to strengthen their sen se of responsibilities further,all these problems are an urgent matter of law te aching.
