【摘要】 目的 :观察睾丸实质切除联合缓退瘤治疗晚期前列腺癌的疗效。　方法 :对 12例病人行双侧睾丸实质切除术 ,术后服用缓退瘤 3个月。　结果 :所有病人自觉睾丸与术前一样 ,无心理异常。 11例病人带瘤生存 ,1例死于多器官功能衰竭 (MSOF)。　结论 :本方法疗效确切 ,病人无心理创伤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To observe the effect of removal of testicular essence combined with therapy of Flutamide in patients with advanced prostate cancer . Methods: The removal of testicular essence was performed on 12 patients with advanced prostate cancer,fellowed by Flutamide treatment after 1 week. Results: All patients felt that the testes existed still and without any psychosomatic abnormality. Eleven patients survived with their tumor and primary tumor shrank. One case died of MSOF. Conclusions: The treatment of combined removal of testicular essence with therapy of Flutamide was effective for advanced prostate cancer. There was no psychosomatic trauma in all patients.更多还原
