【摘要】 叙述了我国油脂工业面临的形势。并从生产规模、技术水平等方面对大豆油脂工业的现状进行了分析 ,对大豆油脂工业的发展提出了建议

【Abstract】 This article states about the situation of soybean fat industry in china. It analyses the industry current situation of soybean fat at aspect of production scale and technology level. And it presents suggestion about the future development of soybean fat industry.
