【摘要】 山东是中国具有举足轻重的农业大省。中国加入 WTO对山东农业是一个大的发展机遇 ,也面临着严峻的挑战 ,加入 WTO将加快山东农业的现代化和国际化进程。为抓住机遇 ,迎接新的挑战 ,山东应依据国际比较竞争优势 ,调整和优化农业结构 ,加强对农业的扶持和保护 ,健全农产品市场体系 ,推进农业社会化服务 ,培育农业新的经济增长点 ,实现农产品生产与管理一体化 ,多渠道转移农村剩余劳动力 ,实现资源合理、有序流动和优化配置更多还原
