我国大豆生产与基地建设
Soybean Production and Base Constract in China
【摘要】 本文在分析我国大豆的生产现状和进行新一轮大豆基地建设必要性的基础上，提出了新一轮大豆基地建设的总体 目标、原则、内容、计划进度、操作步骤以及保证基地建设的对策建议。
【Abstract】 Based on brief description of soybean production condition, and the necessity of constructing new-style soybean produce base, we put forward the overall goal, principle, planning, measure and advisable measurements of constructing new-style soybean produce base in China.
