【摘要】 本文从西部现状入手，分析了西部农业发展的制约因素，并通过参加中国农科院组织的为期１个月的“西部万里行”实地考察．理论结合实际，对以科技促进西部农业大发展等问题提出初步看法，包括搞好西部生态建设、实行生态建设与发展农业相结合、搞好结构调整、抓好节水农业、发展特色农业与产后加工业等方面；强调大力促进西部农业科技进步，从而推进西部农业发展的大变革。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the current situation of western part of China, the paper probed the constraints for agricultural development in western part of China, supported by the one-month survey organized and conducted by Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences in the western part of China. Grounded on the principle of theory with practice, the paper proposed some preliminary views for promoting agricultural development in western part of China with sciences and technology, including: developing a sound ecological conditions. integrating agricultural development with ecological development, focusing agricultural structure reform. developing water saving technology and promoting development of unique site specific agriculture development and produce processing etc. Emphasizing the advancement of science and technology in western part of China and thus promote the agriculture development in western part of China.更多还原
