【Abstract】 Two kinds of rum distillers yeast were carried through separation,purification and rejuvenation in the article.A plant of rhizopus which has more supernal enzyme energy and two plants of microzyme which have greater fermented ability were selected.High quality rum distillers yeast was made by way of resultant cultivation.It took on better manufacture properties and it would be suitable for industrial production.更多还原
