【摘要】 目的　对脉络通整方及其单味药进行研究。方法　采用牛主动脉平滑肌细胞体外培养 ,结晶紫染色、酶联免疫检测法。结果　发现其对牛主动脉平滑肌细胞的增殖有显著的抑制作用 ,其单味药的抑制作用强弱不等 ,但均比组方低。结论　临床应用的胶囊剂型作用与水煎剂相等。提示脉络通防治动脉粥样硬化的作用机理之一 ,可能是抑制平滑肌细胞的增殖。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate into the prescription of Mailuotong and its ingredients. METHOD The methods used included in vitro cultivation of ox aorta smooth muscle cells, crystal violet coloration and enzyme immunoassay. RESULT Mailuotong had marked inhibiting effect on the proliferation of ox aorta smooth muscle cells. Its ingredients varied in the inhibiting effect, which were all less effective than that of the whole prescription. CONCLUSION Capsule form and decoction have the same effect, indicating that one of the mechanisms of Mailuotong in preventing and treating atherosclerosis is the inhibition of the proliferation of the smooth muscle cells.更多还原
