【摘要】 目的　观察泻必止治疗轮状病毒 (HRV)性肠炎的临床疗效。方法　 2 0 6例HRV肠炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组服用自拟方泻必止 ,对照组服用葛根黄芩黄连汤。观察止泻时间、血Na+ 、粪Na+ 、粪糖和粪HRV抗原转阴率。结果　治疗组止泻时间显著快于对照组 ;治疗组粪Na+ 、粪糖较治疗前明显回降 ,治疗组优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5) ;治疗组粪HRV抗原 3d转阴率显著优于对照组。结论　泻必止治疗HRV肠炎有较好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate into the effect of Xiebizhi in the treatment of rotavirus enteritis. METHOD 206 children with rotavirus enteritis were divided randomly into two groups, taking Xiebizhi and Chinese herb decoction respectively. RESULT The time for the patients to stop diarrhea shorter markedly than in the treatment group in the control group. The fecal Na + and fecal sugar dropped markedly in the treatment group . The ratio for HRV antigen 3d to turn to normal state in the treatment group and in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups. CONCLUSION Xiebizhi has satisfactory effect in the treatment of rotavirus enteritis.更多还原
