微创介入法观察家兔急性肺损伤模型的血流动力学变化
The Hemodynamic Changes in the Rabbit Model of Acute Lung Injury Investigated by Mini-invasive Interventional Method
【摘要】 目的 :建立油酸家兔急性肺损伤的模型 ,并用介入这种微创的方法来检测从外周静脉注入不同剂量油酸后家兔血流动力学的变化。方法 :分别从对照组和油酸组家兔的外周静脉注入等量的生理盐水和油酸 ,分 4次注射 ,剂量分别为 0 .0 6、0 .0 4、0 .0 4、0 .0 4ml/ kg,记录每次注射后 5、10、15 min时肺动脉压、主动脉压和心率的数值。结果 :随着油酸剂量的增加 ,心率变慢 ,主动脉压降低 ,肺动脉压先升高后降低。结论 :油酸的剂量在 0 .0 6 m l/ kg或 0 .10 ml/ kg时 ,血流动力学的变化最为显著
【Abstract】 Objective:To prepare the rabbit model of acute lung i njury induced by oleic acid and evaluate hemodynamic effects after injecting di fferent doses of oleic acid from the peripheral vein by a mini-invasive interve ntional method. Methods:Control group and oleic acid group were inje cted the same dose of normal saline and oleic acid from the peripheral vein resp ectively. The dosage was separeated in 4 times for injection, at first time the dosage was 0.06 ml/kg and the others were 0.04 ml/kg. The pulmonary arterial pre ssure, aortic pressure and heart rate were measured at 5, 10 min and 15 min afte r each injection. Results:The more dosage was injected, the slower was the heart rate and the lower was the aortic pressure, and the pulmonary arteria l pressure elevated first and then went down. Conclusion:The hemodynam ic changes can be investigated by the interventional method. It was significant at the cumulative dose of 0.06 ml/kg or 0.10 ml/kg.
