用微滤膜处理含油废水过程的数学模型及验证
Study of Mathematical Model and Verification in Microfiltration of Oil-wasterwater
【摘要】 通过微元控制体质量衡算 ,建立了微滤膜处理含油废水过程的数学模型 .模型预测了渗透速率与膜面流速、料液温度、浓度等操作参数的关系 .通过实验对所建立的数学模型进行了验证 ,结果表明 ,模型计算值与实验值基本吻合 .模型较好地反映了膜面流速、料液温度、浓度等操作参数对渗透速率的影响 ,为选择适宜的工艺操作参数提供了依据
【Abstract】 A mathematical model of permeation flux in microfiltration of oil wasterwater was developed with a micro control element. The model predicted the relations between permeation flux and cross flow velocity, temperature and feed concentration. Experiment results were fit fairly well with the model. The model provids scientific basis for selecting proper operational parameters.
