基于粉尘浓度测定仪的PID除尘控制系统研究
Research on PID Dust Removal Control System Based on the Dust Concentration Determinator
【摘要】 介绍了基于郎伯一比尔定律设计的数字粉尘浓度测定仪在 PID除尘控制系统中的应用 .在设计过程中采用计算机模拟仿真找出最佳参数范围 ,在运行中实现实时调节 ,以达到提高控制质量的目的 .该方法已成功地应用于炼胶机除尘控制系统之中
【Abstract】 The application of dust removal system with PID control is introduced in this paper,which is based on the Lambert Beers Law.The optimum range of parameters is found by computer simulation and all its paramenters can be regulated on line during the operation to achieve the best control results.This technique has been used in dust removal control system of the rubber mixing plant and the kneading plant.
