自然发情和超排小鼠有腔卵泡发育的动态模式比较

【摘要】 对自然发情和超排处理发情小白鼠的有腔卵泡进行观察 ,超排鼠于hCG注射后不同时间取卵巢作切片 ,结果发现 ,自然发情和超排小鼠的卵泡进入有腔卵泡阶段 (直径≥ 2 6 5 μm)是一个连续的过程 ,但无论是卵泡被招募 (recruit ment) (卵泡直径≥ 2 6 5 μm)还是由小一级有腔卵泡进入大一级有腔卵泡 ,其转入的速度并不是恒定的 ;和自然发情相比 ,超排可促进卵泡的招募 ,使招募后的卵泡闭锁大大减少 ,但招募的数量未见增多。

【Abstract】 Antral follicles were counted in ovaries from both natural and superovulated estrous young adult KM white rats.The ovaries of the superovulated estrous rats were collected after the injection of hCG at different time.The result indicated that the inflow of the follicles of both the natural rats and the superovulated estrous rats were continuous but not constant.As compared with natural estrous,superovulation could promote recruitment and reduce atresia.However there is no significant difference in the recruitment number between natural and superovulated estrous rats.
